Messaging the Buyers and adding Notes do the Order

How to add a note or message #

You can add a private note to the order as a reminder of something important, like a new address requested by the buyer, a specific detail you wish to add to the order, etc. Or you can add a note to the customer, which is automatically sent to the customer by email.

You can use this Message to Buyers to thank your customer for their purchase, inform them about standard shipping practices, or provide any other information you think they may need to know.

To add a note:

  1. On, click the Your Account icon.
  2. Click Shop Manager.
  3. Click Orders.
  4. Click on the order number.
  5. Scroll down till the “Order Notes” Section
  6. Use the Add Note text space to add your note.
  7. Attach files if necessary.
  8. Select the type of note: Private Note to keep it to yourself or Note to Customer.
  9. Click Add.
