How to Mark an Order as Complete

After shipping your order and updating the shipping information to the buyer. When you ship an order and update the shipping track information, the buyer receives an email letting him know that the order is on its way. When the buyer receives the order you can mark it as complete through your Shop Manager:

  • Go to your store manager dashboard
  • Click on the orders tab
  • On the order you wish to mark as completed, click on the icon to mark as complete.

The buyer will receive an email saying the order is now complete.
